Removing dirt and going with concrete for barn.

I have a 30x32 pole barn and it has plastic under 2/3 of it, the last 1/3 they pulled the plastic to get the buggy in and out, then it didn't make it back in.
The 1/3 without plastic will sweat in the right weather conditions, but the 2/3 with plastic will rarely sweat.
