Removing old fence the easy way

/ Removing old fence the easy way #21
Do you have an easy way for removing old metal field fence?
Here's the easiest way I've found. My fence had steel t-posts for the line posts and braced corners. I cut the field fence away from the corners. The t-posts were held with clips, I walked the fence and cut all the clips. Then I bolted two 48" pieces of 2x4 to one end of the field fence, put a chain on it and attached it to the tractor. I drove away from the posts and into the next field. The field fence was buried in the ground and covered in weeds but it came along in one piece.

I left the 2x4's on and used them to roll the whole thing up. Then I listed it on Craigslist for $5, it sold in one day.
