I don't see how I could get my hands in the shroud to take out the bolts?
You can only get one hand in between the shroud and the radiator to loosen the bolts. When all the bolts are loose move the whole thing against the radiator, bolts and all. Then you can remove the pulley and the fan spacer to remove the pump. Leave the fan with the bolts in it back against the radiator for room to work. It’s hard to explain here but it can be done
