Just talked with a neighbor...he said it would be Tax Day before taking his chains off...

That's 6 weeks away!!! NO way I can wait till then!

Arrrgh....I may need to tell my wife to hide the scissors and sharp knives - - - again...

Too many Easter snow squalls on record, Tax day not unreasonable, Heck this nanny state even allows my studded tires till the end of April.

we have a other 15 to 25cm coming our way ... we are starting to have a decent amount of snow now id say between 3 to 4 feet and no crust yet it was a good year for snowmobiling, but I am ready for summer now a other 3 to 4 week before its gone for us. I usually never take my winter tires off before Easter weekend. Too many times I have seen all the snow gone before Easter to see a big snow storm come in and dump 2 feet of snow.

Has anyone taken off their tractor snow chains yet???

Thinking it might be time, but I have been known to rush Spring!!!

I am 3 hours north of Toronto, so chains are still on. But they are five minutes to remove and 10 minutes to install.

Took both my blower and my front blade off and the front chains as well (only run them on the front). Goo is no issue here, I run only ag tires

It's still full winter here, thank God. I hate heat, and every year I dread the coming of summer . The only good things about that season are corn, tomatoes, cucumbers... and bikinis.
