Thanks guys. The bed is right beside that window and on clear nights I go to sleep counting stars and in awe at the majesty of creation. Good that we live out in the middle of the woods so we don't ever have to consider curtains/draperies.
I tricked you; that photo is actually before the leak and replacement!
All of our windows were stock sizes but Sun has a huge catalog of sizes. Every order is made-to-order. We opted for small 1/4" brass between-the-pane dividers which we really like. Gives them just a little bit of a leaded glass pane look.
The cost was high because we have a HUGE amount of glass. There are 79 individual pieces of windows and doors counting all the separate pieces, some of which are mulled together. We also have french doors from Sun; 5 double sets, one single, and the front door with side lights/transoms. We have 10ft ceilings downstairs, so each downstairs window and door has a transom mulled on to it. We also have 2x6 exterior walls so they all had to have extra-cost frame extensions. I did NOT realize how big of a window bite I had bit off when we settled on the house plans. We just liked the look. Duh!!
The color difference is totally the coating.
Oh, and all the windows/doors are western pine frame with a powder-coated aluminum exterior cladding. I sure hope that they hold up for a long time. And I ordered them all through the local LUMBER YARD. I did not realize until you asked and I just now looked it up, that Sun is actually the present-day descendant of Anderson WOOD windows (About Sun Windows Inc).
I now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.

p.s. Whoops. I see that they are the descendant of AnderSON, not AnderSEN. Wonder if there is any relationship?
