reply won\'t work

I've tried several times to post a reply under "rural living" all the reply buttons won't respond when I click on them. Is there some setting that is wrong on my end?

I tried every link at every post, I think 39 of them. all are dead on the reply

I think they close down the older threads. I tried it any many of them didn't work, but the newer ones seemed to.

That thread has been locked, i.e., no more posts. The little icon at the left of the subject has an 'X' through it indicating this.
