Return To Forum

I am not sure if this should be in the original slow response time or not. Today for some reason every thing seems slow but the big thing is whenever I make or reply to a post I will not ever return to the forum. The blue progress bar never completes and I have to click on the return to forum button. If I do that too soon I loose my post. If I wait a bit then when I click on return to forum then my post will be there. I also get the can not find server screen too.
