Rock picker/Harley Rake

Ok. Who's really creative? How do you build a rock picker or harley type rock rake? I can't imagine it's all that complex, but imagine it'd be expensive and heavy. I have too many rocks to pick. I tried, after two days and many bucket loads, the field looked just as rocky.

Here's a shot of a rock picker the neighbor has. The picture isn't too good but you can get the idea.The fork pivot to dump the rocks into the hopper and this dumps them on the pile.
