I am very surprised they sold you the backhoe without the foldable ROPS.
I think they're kinda screwing you... If your dealer doesn't square this away by replacing the ROPS at his cost, I think you should contact the area Kubota representative. I wouldn't be surprised if you find out the Foldable ROPS (or an extended one, such as required on the Deere 790) is mandatory with the backhoe. )</font>
I totally agree. Adding factory installed folding ROPS adds about $!50 to $200 to the cost of a B7610. They'll probably now charge you about $500 to install a new one. They never should have sold you the B7610 w/ BH and not have included folding ROPS. Maybe they had the B7610 on the lot and didn't want to order one with folding ROPS., but that's no excuse.
