if you were near S.C. I would sell you my restored Allis Chalmers that I fully restored last year. I bought a No Till Drill so I have no need of it.

Nice restoration. If you were closer I'd be interested. I can imagine that the no till drill has some advantages.

Thanks. I learned that " No Till " was an allis chalmers coined term used to describe their concept. Their ads for these planters extolled the advantages of not tilling. This planter has coulters and is designed to be " no till ". I've only used it once so I don't really have a feel for how well it works w/o tilling
