In order to use multiple functions AT THE SAME TIME, the joystick valve must be piloted, and ours are not. You can feather the joystick a bit, but under load it is pretty much one function at a time. With two buttons on the electric over hydraulic diverter valve, effectively, whatever ram has the LEAST RESISTANCE will receive the fluid. Again you can sort of feather things, but under a load, it is pretty much one function at a time. That said, I really like the home-made setup I made as it looks like the third function the factory should have provided with hardlines, custom-fitted hoses, matching hardware, et cetra, but never did.

Would you possibly have a parts list for what you used to upgrade the 3rd function valve with hard lines? (e.g. standoffs, part numbers for hard lines, etc.)

2 6x1mm bolts

2 6x1mm nuts

Suggest using Locktite 545 or 5452 on hydraulic line fittings. (5452 Amazon Unit cost $54.80)

Soft loader hoses

I used a length oh hose dropped where I wanted it to get the length and had my local hydraulic jobber shop make my custom hoses.

3/8" x19 female swivel BSPP to 3/8" female swivel NPT on 55-3/4" overall 3/8" hydraulic hose.

3/8" x19 female swivel BSPP to 3/8" female swivel NPT on 58-1/4" overall 3/8" hydraulic hose.

1 M6 x (1.00mm) x 85mm flanged stainless bolt (source: Amazon pack of five $28.60, unit cost $5.72)

3 M6 x (1.00mm) x 70mm bolts. (via BoltDepot.com 12@ $12.43 = $1.04 unit cost)

4 Kioti hardline spacers. M7530-85111 Tubeline clamp (4 @22.00 each totaling $88.00) These are way, way cheaper from everywhere nowadays.

1 2-line spacer (Custom Hose Tech, unit cost $11.98) line spacer to be painted.

That said you may need a D05 open center sublate and solenoid switch so look at your tractor's hydraulic flow.

First minor complaint. These handles to remove the loader rattle A LOT. I don't think they were greased by the dealer, maybe adding some grease will prevent the vibration and rattling.

I know this is old but I figured I would reply here rather than starting a new thread.

As a new RX7320P owner this is the first thing I noticed that bothers the heck out of me. These pins rattle like crazy above 1900 RPM. I did wrap electrical tape in an attempt to fill the gap for the main large pin. But that was only minor help.

I like the grommet idea and ill have to see what I have on hand.

Has anyone else come up with a better solution to stop the rattle?

I have not noticed it that bad on mine. Did notice that mine does have a Rubber tip on the handle. No sure if dealer did that or came from factory that way. I have heard other guys complain about it. I wonder if you could dip them in handle dip.

The tolerance is so tight on the pin that i dont think plasti dip will work. I put 1 layer of electrical tape in a spiral pattern and the areas that overlapped didn't allow the pin to fit. Really a bummer. Never had a tractor that did this.

Update: I put grommets on the pin handles and it solved a good deal of the noise. But upon further inspection the main issue is with the loader level indicator. The rod rattles like crazy inside the shaft. Will have to think of something for that. I may just take it off.
