Now you get to experience just how well designed the SA series tractor is as a complete system--really one of the best if not the best on the market for its size. This thread is very unfortunate as I truly believe Yanmar makes a very good product, and with that said my opinion of their customer service isn’t the same.

This is my third new Yanmar tractor and my good friend will be purchasing a new 324 in a few days as well, but when you reach out to corporate it’s not a quality experience, probably just a giant company and you get lost in the shuffle but I think they lose focus AND... don’t wish to allocate a Human Resource towards customer service.

You hear it time and time again about picking a good dealer and it’s great advice but not everyone gets or knows a “good dealer” so you hope they will all be reputable and be in your corner but sometimes ... like this time, not so much.

Definitely recommend Yanmar and would purchase another when the need arises from “my” dealer, but corporate Yanmar misses a golden opportunity by not being more responsive and active in customer satisfaction.
