The SC2450 is too small. If you buy too small, you'll be buying again. After you get it cleaned up, you'll want a good size bush hog so you aren't perpetually cutting grass. That means HP. Me, I'd want 40 -50 HP in a 4WD CUT for what you have to do. This is big enough to handle a 7' bushhog, yet small enough for the woods. And they give you a lot more choices when it comes to attachments, like a bigger snowblower, chipper, or tiller. The extra weight will come handy when logging too. Usually there is also a big step up in loader capabilities once you cross that 40 HP threshold.

Not sure why you think a snowblower can't be used on a stone road. As long as it has adjustable skidplates, you can set it to leave a 1" or less snow and your stone will stay in place. Really, a blower is the best option for removing snow from a stone/dirt road.
