What CAD format? DXF or STEP214 ?
Pretty sure it's a DXF, I'll dig up the file.

Yep, I attached the file.

Would that need a longer driveshaft?

For tilling only a couple of times a year, it's not that much trouble to take off the QH to install the tiller in place of it. But making the tiller QH-compatible does sound attractive!

I was able to use the one it came with that was never fitted to my tractor.

My old style Overrun had a pin you had to line up and punch out. PITA! If I had to ever remove it anytime now I'd replace it. The RS1400 came from Fredricks and it was the last one they had. Hard to come bye back then. I was told By my local dealer I better go get it. I had Drive shaft problems on it also. Had to shorten the Org. they Gave me. Didn't take a day or so for them to send me another and told me to keep the old one. Another Member may still have the old one. I put a major Ghetto rig on it. They may still be using it. Think he cleaned it up since It did have a bearing problem also? Welding was Ugly no doubt but Hey!! it worked. ;)

I spent part of Sunday getting the QH and box blade adjusted. All my dragging attachments have bushings installed, so I had to buy another QH.

Wife hadn’t used her account recently, so HF sent her a 30% off coupon. $113 out the door.

Kinda like the extra weight on the back with such a heavy loader bucket. Pulled the 5 ft box blade around pretty good on a hard pan field. Very rarely use the box blade on the Mahindra.

Did you need to use a farm jack or reverse pipe clamp to widen the opening by 1/4 to 3/8 inch? Mine was a tad under size like others had mentioned. It was a quick fix of 5mins and all was good.

My BB can't use the QH due to the top-link hook interface on the BB. I rarely use it now as the straight blade can do all sorts of things.

Oh, you need the Harbor Freight rear work light. Your YM186D has the rear fender mount for it. It's PERFECT to mount there !

Go to the towing attachments and the LED lights. right in the transition of those two sections you'll see the work light there for only $9.90. :)

@bmaverick
QH fit just fine. Wish I bought a smaller top link though. May trade them on tractors.
If you look close I only have 1 bolt in the top hook. Plan on puttting a pin to support behind. I use pins in my other set up, to make it easier to change attachments on the fly.

Lights are something to be addressed. Currently nothing. I have some LED lights on an off road Vehicle that are close to the original headlight size. Good idea with back up light

This tractor was restorable, but time frame i need it is in 6 months. I dont think I could track parts down in that framework. Got a lot of glaring issues solved in 2 months

Need something usable, got 6 months to make it that

My BB can't use the QH due to the top-link hook interface on the BB.
I solved that problem with:

1) The Speeco replacement hook with its holes offset to get the hook away from its mount.

2) Slide-in pins with clips, to make adjusting the hook height simple.

and 3) Not shown. Its simple to mount the hook upside down over the implement's pin if the hook can't slip under that pin.

Here's an old photo showing the adjustable pins and their clips.

This also shows the adapters I made so the towbar can't roll over. The tabs are welded to sleeves, then those assemblies are bolted, removable, to the towbar's pins. With these, the trailer ball remains on top, simplifying hitching on my watering trailer. This doesn't look strong but in several years use the tabs haven't bent.

And as couple more photos contrasting how the Speeco hook extends farther out.

Since this is a QH thread I'll include another QH mod photo I've posted before. Maybe some haven't seen it.

My implements when they are idle, are parked where there can be tall weeds. Dropping a Clevis pin or small clip in dense weeds while hooking up, was a PIA.

I cut down a HF magnetic tool bar and welded it to the top of the QH. Nothing has fallen since. Recommended!

And finally, the photo shows part of the forks assembly I welded up from scraps on hand. Angle iron in the QH's lower hooks avoided the need to buy real 3-point pins.
