/ Searched online for hours and still can't find source for poly strapping as pictured

We move about 1200 trees in December and better than half are car top...
The 1/4 strap with cam lock was ideal and cheap...
Not sure if the High School kids on the payroll could handle the buckles... a few had to practice with the cam lock as in it only secures when the bank is inserted in the proper side...
Many cars go out with a blanket on the roof and two straps just below the roof line while the doors are open... thankfully there are no freeways nearby and the local speed limit tops out at 30 mph...
I've always been good at sourcing things... I do this for the Hospital everyday... this is the first time in years that I have a product in hand and can't find out anything about it...
I appreciate taking the time to search... was hoping with TBN wide reach someone just might recognize it...
