I was not an *** to anyone. I've been waiting 3 months for something that could and should have been handled in a week or two. I still haven't been an *** to anyone. You keep making a senseless argument. HE was the one promising things. HE was the one that I had to deal with. At no time would the dealer deal directly with me on any of this. I was always referred back to HIM. AGCO keeps referring me back to HIM. HE IS THE GUY AND HE IS THE ONE MAKING THE PROMISES TO DELIVER. Just exactly who the **** else do I put the responsibility on ???????????????????

Do you think I dug up a phone number and called this freaking guy out of the blue and he all of a sudden helped me out? He was assigned by AGCO to deal with the issues. Should he not be held responsible to do what AGCO assigned him to do??? Tell me who to hold responsible if not the one who was given the job.

Bountym,

Emotion and inserting words or statements i didn't make isn't helping your posts. Sure shows your language doesn't get past the censors.

Its real simple . . What efforts or actions have you taken since the field rep went to your location? So far it looks like you've done nothing but sit on your hands.

And of course tell us how its everybody's fault.

Stop the emotion and see the opportunity.

Are you a shrink or something? And when did you feel as if I should justify myself to you? If you think I'm going to send flowers to the guy every couple of days you're out of your mind. Maybe that blows your skirt up, but seems a little silly to me. I've gotten the distinct feeling you just like starting crap. I also have the distinct feeling you would have handled this exactly as I have. So, we're done here because I don't have the time for your silly word games. Consider yourself ignored.

And you wonder why you have problems with dealers and the companies they represent. Just avoid and ignore anything or anyone who doesn't agree with your opinons or actions ? And of course the tough talk has to be part of it too. Just like the field sales rep. . . Ive tried to help you . . but you don't want help you want others to do it for you and you be the victim?

Well . . such is life. You're a self made victim who can blame me and everyone else for your choices. Mark Twain once said "fleeing from wisdom or failing to consider it as a possibility is the basis of the definition of hard luck at work".

Well at least you got past the word censors this time. Its a start. :)

Now are you noticing you aren't making any progress your way? Trying a different method can't get worse results than you have the last near 3 months can it?

Nothing much except the rep so far not supplying the documentation stating the creep is normal as he stood in my driveway and said he would give me.

Oh, and AxleHub making assumptions about what went on without actually being there.

I was wondering about that. ... I dont think you will get it because its a liability issue to supply a tractor whose nominal operating mode is HST creep on level ground.

Well, he stood in my driveway and insisted it was normal based on the design of the hydro unit and promised he would give me a letter, email or some other kind of documentation stating as such. He is answering my emails about other things, but continues to avoid addressing this promised documentation. I've already told him unless AGCO or he as a representative of same can provide documentation stating that it is normal I am going to consider it broke and continue to request that the situation be corrected.
