Wrong in many ways. But funny!

I would expect nothing less from someone who would ruin the capabilities of their truck with a lift kit and tires like that...
At least the Toyota driver was trying to get up out of the bottom of the valley as soon as he could. Not sure why the moron in the Ford is try pulling from up on the side of the hill rather than down in the valley so that he didn't have to go through all that mud again.

They would be fined and made to rake out the ruts and re-seed. That was total bs.

In my state they would be charged with damaged to state supported property, and have to have their insurance pay for damages, As well as leaving a scene of a property damage accident.

I had to dodge 1x6s flying out of the back of a pickup like a deck of cards recently going up 303 from Silverdale to East Bremerton. My wife did not want me to follow the SOB driver. I tried calling it in when we got to Seabecks Pizza in Silverdale but I never got the license plate. Ever heard of Seabecks Pizza? :D

No but will remember to look for it next time I am that way... always looking for new areas to explore in the PNW

That's why God made wreckers... a towing bill would have been a heck of a lot cheaper than the cost of fixing that.
About halfway through a white Explorer pulled over on the other side of the highway, I couldn't help wondering if it was an unmarked trooper.

Replace "SOME" with "MOST" and you are getting close. Problem isn't confined to truckers though. MOST drivers drive like A holes. Very rare is the consistently cautious and polite driver.

True, and this topic has been so beat to death with no resolution/agreement it has been banned on many online forums.

I've seen truckers (and others) tailgating left-laners where those left lane drivers are themselves already passing cars to the right, just doing it at 65 mph instead of,say, 75 mph. If I'm in the process of passing other vehicles I would never move to the right.

Also, in busy urban areas the right lane can become an unsafe trap due to slow moving vehicles, heavy traffic and car/trucks entering and exiting where you have lost any opportunity to move back left.

That was me last month, trying to get home. I don't usually tailgate, and have been known to stop or take another road when somebody is driving like a jerk. This time though I hadn't been home in 2 days and wanted to get there ;the driver in front of me was doing 66 passing a car that was doing about 65 1/2; the road was dry, the sky was clear, the sun was to my back, the speed limit was 75. After a mile or so I finally started flashing my lights to remind him that the left lane really is for "passing". Funny thing, I don't think that a Prius has problems maintaining speed; but the drivers have a slightly different viewpoint.

I'm so old that when I was a child, I didn't even have a cellphone or pager for my parents to get ahold of me.
Got on my bike & I might ride to a town 15 miles away. Even drank water out of the hose & didn't die.

I am not sure how you survived.....

It is a miracle !

Saw this truck going very slow today.
17k dozer
At least 5k of trailer
Total: 22k (or more)
The trailer appears to have two 8k axles, plus whatever they throw on the hitch (2k on the stock version with two 7k axles).
