well we finished canning green beans had 31 quarts still got a lot of beans we will give away. now we wait on the tomatoes and corn.

There has to be members or spouses of members who have a passion for canning. My wife has developed a flair for it over the years. This is the peppers, carrots and onions she preserved this morning.

We do sauerkraut here in Oct. Too warm to try to ferment it, right now. I do some though.

Tom we have plenty of cabbage but neither of us like kraut so we eat it raw or make cole slaw for the hotdogs. my mom loved sauerkraut and wennies
