Sheep sheers

I have a pair of old sheep sheer and it was recently sharpened but it does not cut at all. I think the angle is not right and all it needs is to bend it a little, but I dont know how. Anybody has any idea? I tried to twist blades against each other and bent and I am out of ideas now.

They are really sharp btw - cut myself already
