Sicma (Phoenix) flail mowers?

I'm getting ready to order a tractor, and the dealer sells Sicma (branded as Phoenix) flail mowers. I've read a good bit of the flail mower thread and it has me convinced that I'd like one. I've always used brush hogs, but the cleaner cut and the safety factor of not having them throw objects out like a brush hog has me wanting to join flail nation. Does anyone here have experience with the Sicma brand mowers? They're quite a bit higher in price than the Caroni, but I like one-stop shopping.

I can't help with the flail mower, but I own a Phoenix T10 tiller and a 7ft finish mower. Both have performed extremely well over the last several years.
