OK. So you have an ML106 loader it appears. It also appears you have some quick connects! That's the first place to start. It appears you also have something teed into the return to tank line, perhaps a restriction there?
Yes it does have float, does the bucket drop to the ground when floating? Check when you get back if you don't know.

Actually, yes, I remember that's the number on the loader. It does have float, or did. It doesn't now. I can push up on the lever and it goes down slowly and does not have enough pressure to lift the tractor or snap into float .

Sounds like a valve restriction, but let's get more info.
When did this problem first occur.
Does the backhoe and 3pt work correctly?
Are there QC/s on the cylinder hoses (cant see)
What is teed in?

Problem been there a year or more now, but I haven't had the chance to use it much. It seems the backhoe and 3 pt work ok. I never noticed any issues with those. to be honest, I'm not sure how its set up. One of the lines I unplug from that block where it ties back into the tractor circuit just underneath your foot. Wish I could look at it now but can't get at it while out here for another 2 weeks.
