Yes, VERY challenging area for snow removal.........all you see are some damage to a windstorm little over 3 weeks ago, we had damage to houses and vehicles. Removal of tree roots left a lot of rutted parking areas. Did a lot of logging and slash piles with grapples. Now the final cleanup will have to wait until spring.

I just got a quote on a 72" MK Martin pull type with a hydraulic rotation and manual deflector for $4800, it seems on the high side for this late in the year. What do you think?

It looks to me like you are getting the hydraulic chute rotator for free ($600). Not sure the snow season is over quite yet.

That's pretty cheap IMO.
My 84 inverted Normand w/ 2way hydro was 8900 then I added the rear hydro blade to it. I bought it used but it was in mint condition.
