Sprint called me and offered me $150 service per line on 4 of my lines to renew my contract. They then told me I could also receive $150 credit towards phones on those same 4 lines. Total of $600 per line. When I tried to use this, I was informed it was either or, not both. I verified three times when the guy called that it was both. I told them to cancel the contract since it wasn't what they had offered me. I had to talk to 4 people. I was told that they would loose money with that deal. He (supposedly) cancelled the contract and then proceeded to offer me a better deal with the credit towards the phones and $25 credit per month for a year on those 4 lines. I declined the offer as I don't like being lied to. Now I have discovered that he did not cancel the contract in April as he had stated. I instructed them to listen to the tape. Still saiting for them to get back to me.
As a side note, Sprint service went down the tubes when they aquired Nextel. I soose calls in my house just by turning my head. They deny that they have any problems, but 2 weeks ago we suddenly began recieving 4 bars and no lost calls. Then Memorial day we had no signal at the house again, but "there are no problems with the sytem".
I just don't like being lied to.
