Got that too. Hopefully will notice some improvements.

Not to bash Hugesnet but the sooner I can turn their dish into a birdbath the better. No one in our area has has a good experience with it.

I have confirmation on receiving the Starlink package mid summer.

I just signed up to get Starlink, where are folks getting mounts for the dish? I have too many tall trees around my house to use the tripod that comes with it and I will need some sort of roof or eave mount.

Has anyone ever had a good experience with Hughesnet? :)

Roof mount or pole mount are two other options. SpaceX sells mounting adapters for both. I'm getting the roof plate. I have plenty of roof area that is free of obstructions. I just need to find a good place to route the cable back into the house without causing too much pain or creating a leak. I suspect I may run the cable down over the eave and then up through the soffit at a place near where the garage roof meets the house wall.

There is a reddit Starlink beta users group with many discussions and photos of mount solutions.

Where do I find these? I was under the impression I could find them in my Starlink account for purchase, but I couldn't find anything for sale there.

Log into your Starlink account. Go to 'Home'. On the left side under gray 'Account Summary' look down and you'll see the mount options listed.

Looks like they have another style of roof mount now that they didn't have a few weeks ago.

I think the improvements mentioned in the email are underway.

This morning I show 200 down, the highest yet. Plus zero downtime due to "no satellite in view". And the "show obstructions" page says there are none.

Shifting from satellite to satellite to keep the connection is a big step forward.

I stopped the Dish subscription last night, had to wait 30 minutes on hold to ask a human being to do it. No way to do it online.

I've seen some peak speeds pushing into the 200's myself this week.
