There seem to be at least one, and perhaps more than one, recent problematic updates, rolled out this month. (e.g. cc18f87c-1d30-4acc-8ba6-5e53bc8b903d.uterm.release, and perhaps a router update.)I can’t factory reset my mesh unit. I messed up and renamed it, thinking I was on my main unit. Now I can’t access or reset it. The old unplug and plug 6 times doesn’t work. Other places said 3 times, still don’t work. Didn’t work on main router either, but factory reset in the app fixed that one.
This all started with my weather station not updating, so I tried to re attach it to the router. I think a router update by Starlink is messing it up.
Right now just weather station and mesh not working. Think I might try bypass the Starlink router function, I hate that Starlink gives you no control.
I am hoping we get good up time when we do get our kit. There seem to be at least one, and perhaps more than one, recent problematic updates, rolled out this month. (e.g. cc18f87c-1d30-4acc-8ba6-5e53bc8b903d.uterm.release, and perhaps a router update.)
After a year of great service, we are now experiencing long pauses (interrupting video calls), severe degradation of the bandwidth, and mysterious 0.1-2s outages blamed on a variety of causes (e.g. obstructions, "no signal received", satellite to ground losses, etc.)
Support rolled us over to a different version, but the behavior has not returned to stability.
I would reach out to Starlink on the inability to reset your mesh router.
All the best,
Peter

We are only about 2 miles from a Starlink ground station. Have heard that is a Good thing for overall reliability but maybe that is just a rumor?
FWIW: a generic piece of WiFi advice; have you tried separating your 2.4&5GHz WiFi networks? Some slower (older/less sophisticated) devices need 2.4GHz, and some routers try to move them to 5GHz. By having a separate 2.4GHz network, the devices can just stay there.I thought I was on a Starlink forum last night, was describing my problem, someone was answering, then I got a pay screen, pay us money to continue. I immediately left.
This morning the 6 unplug/ plug reset it. It didn’t show up to add to the network for awhile, but when I got home bingo, as soon as I logged into my Starlink app it asked to join the network. I guess it just needed time to sync up after I finally got it reset.
Anyways my system is back to where I started, except my weather station still won’t attach to it.
