Years ago many here ordered toothbars from Markham Welding.

Well made and reasonable and weekly production updates posted on TBN.

Then nothing... vanished.

I could have sold several for them but my best guess is no longer in business.

If you don't mind me asking what is the max gallons of flow or flow range on your unit? I am going to be using this for my business and I have a feeling that a 10" stump planer is going to test one pretty good on some stumps.
Check out IronCraft, I really need to do a review on their brush hog I got last fall. Very impressed so far for the price it has well exceeded my expectations and while not 100% American made they are prioritizing that.

Is this the same company that has a Facebook group where the owner along with the fanboys trash pretty much all of the other brands and the owners who buy those brands? Yeah, doesn't look like a good company to me, but that's just my opinion after accidentally visiting that group once.
I'm not one that count's pride in your products a sin. As long as they back it up and Nate always seemed to, even in videos where he tore up miles of road with a tooth bar.

Caught up...not looking good for sure.

I've got a grapple, rake, and discs and they are amazing. Ted lost me as a customer when he forced the needles on the employees a few years back but I can't say anything bad about their products. Hate to see the loss of a really hard corps made in USA company.

The employees will get other jobs. i fear they may not get paid for their last week.

People who paid by CC should get a refund from the CC company.

People who paid by check are SOL. If I was in that group, I would contact the State AG. The owner needs to be charged. I do not like crooks. The owner needs to spend some quality time with Bubba.

It is a bit funny tho, a man complaining about a 71 yr old retiree, who spends a significant part of his day on TBNbecause it’s mid winter and everything is muddy and thawing outside verses a business owner, who supposedly has a thriving business who is #18 and gaining on the group…..

And he is making fun of the old guy who has nothing but thawing mud outside to work with?

😂
Tell us what's really going on. You sure have a rub. I thought this was about EA and not LNF.

Some people just have a rough time getting started. Here is a list of 30 ultimately successful people who were supposed to have gone bankrupt first. I don't vouch for any of them but I personally know some business peole who have had ups and downs. I'm not sure that any of the ones I know should have been "spending time with Bubba" but I doubt they should have.

And that is probably ALL of the people who are waiting now. They should get their money back from the CC company and do something else. The system will deal with TC one way or the other. Hopefully, everyone has learned a lesson on paying for stuff in advance. I hope they are all restored for their losses.

Evidently you can still buy their implements. go to their website and click add to cart on an implement of your choice. ;)

I'm pretty sure when I ordered my generator from Home Depot that I paid in advanced and waited two weeks for delivery. It's not a new concept.

True. I know some people who bought cars pending delivery out a year or more. They may not have paid it all at once but a portion was paid. They weighed the risks and made their choice. Just like the EA customers did. Big difference on a generator that is < $1k / 2 weeks and a tractor implement over several thousand / 6 months or longer. But either way it's their choice. They paid their money and they took their chance as the carnival man says.

I bought a new truck that finely got 10 months later. 100 got me in line.

There is a world of difference between authorizing payment in full and not being charged until it is shipped and then waiting for delivery and paying in full and waiting months for production. The former is reasonable, the latter is not.

To add to the list, I just e-mailed Ted and another person at EA whom I most recently communicated with in December. Will let you know if (and what) I hear back.
I've tried the same over the last couple of days and no response at all. My land plane was supposed to ship January 31st. Nate went completely dark on me after sending me that email and now looks like I am out over three grand. I do hope they make it out of this but I personally will never do business with them again.

Did you pay by check or credit card?

under the rules contained in 12 CFR 1026 you have a maximum of 60 days from the posted billing date to file a dispute. Your credit card company may be nicer, however …….

With their gates locked by either court order or by the county for non-payment of property taxes, I sure hope you paid by credit card and can get a refund. There is little hope this will be resolved soon if at all.
Homestead makes a pretty good unit in their Pinnacle series. The 84" is $2260. (Incidentally, that price is only $30 more than I paid exactly 2 years ago) It is adjustable for depth of cut and can be set to dig deeper on the right if trying to maintain a crown on a the road. It looks like the on the newer edition, the vertical blade angle is also adjustable.

When I ordered mine there was a 7 week back log, but I don't seen that notice on their site now. They shipped mine in 4 weeks instead of seven. It can be ordered in one of 6 colors
