Can't argue with that. Main thing is being able to weld and fix some of your own stuff. It's all about wants, needs and budget.. I don't have a 25K tractor but I do have an 8K welder. Many don't have an 8K welder but many have a 25K tractor. Is what it is and it's all good !

Wow, What a great unit from the past. Never used one but sold a few. They could have offered a lifetime warranty on most of those old school monsters. Nice Shape !!

i thought about doing that i saw 4 holes in the back of the case that i presume were made for something but wasnt quite sure if lincoln make some kind of cable holder or what - my fabricating would not be so nice and i didnt want to put a hacked up gobbed mess of a bracket on it and ruin its look ha!!! good job on yours i like it - i just got mine all redone here in the past week, it was a fun restoration project for me

I couldn’t remember so I had to go down to the shop to see which holes you were talking about. Lol



I made these quite a few years ago. I searched the internet but couldn’t find any images of cable holders for this machine. Here’s some more pics for inspiration when you do yours.

nice job, so i heard those 4 holes in the back of the case were for a T handle they put on when they changed the under carriage to a new/different style than the scooter undercarriage we have probably to save money

i will definitely save those pix, i like how you made it with the angle pieces to hang the power cord too
