Buying Advice sub compact or compact tractor?

I would advise anyone to consider the LS tractors. Huge bang for your buck. The J2023 is sized like a Mahindra max. It's a beefier, bigger SCUT or small CUT. In its class, I've yet to see anything that can match or beat the specs. 23HP, 9.2gpm hydro pump, 1270lbs of loader capacity, 5 year warranty, and priced at $12,200. To get that kind of loader capacity and size hydro pump, you'll be spending close to $15k with other brands and getting a shorter warranty.

I checked the Mahindra Max 25 and for only 2 more HP, you get less loader capacity and a smaller hydro pump. The loader joystick felt cheap and looked cheesy to me, and every Mahindra I've seen seems to fade to a pink color quickly. And the Max 25 was about $3000 higher priced.

I'll be buying something in the next month. Top contender is the J2023, but I'm also considering a new old stock 2012 Bobcat CT225. $1800 more than the LS, but a much larger size tractor.

I know. The CT225 is essentially the CK27. But a 2014 CK27 is $16k and a new old stock 2012 CT225 is $14k.
