This one's for all the Sub CUT owners out there who do a lot of dirt work. My tractor came in with the turf tires, and because the tractor is such a new model, my dealer wasn't able to get it with the bar tires and still can't get them from Case yet. I'm noticing that when doing a lot of dirt moving with the FEL, those turf flotation tires seem to do an awful lot of flexing and squooshing around. The traction has been fine so far, as I stay out of the dirt on rainy days. But I know from past experience that at some point, traction will become an issue with those tires.
For those of you running unfilled bar tires in the 18-8.50-8 and 26-12-12 sizes, do you notice that same amount of flexing of the front tires when moving a full FEL around? I'm thinking of trying a set that my neighbor took off his BX22. I also want to see how they do mowing. I'm not sure I'll be able to keep them (if I like them) as he would like to keep them around for when he may need them, so if they do work, I may need to get my own set.
