Certainly nothing wrong with being prepared. When I was younger, I kept a fully stocked tool box in the back of my truck and in two tool boxes on my tractors.

Now I carry a multi-tool at most and if I break down, I just call one of my sons to come pull me back to the shop.

My lot is a thousand feet deep by 440 feet wide. I carry the binocs to spy on the good looking 30-ish babe next door when she is out sunbathing....one problem though...

Her husband....he's a big, mean cop

And don't forget a fire extinguisher. I had a fire on my mowing deck a month or 2 back when the clutch plates overheated, melted the plastic guard & ignited the dry grass on top of the deck. It would have been bush fire time if I didn't have the extinguisher. Not quite in the tool box, but mounted on the ROPS nearby. Cheers, Ged

EXCELLENT IDEA !!!
You must be talking about the ones a commercial truck is mandated to carry, I have a set in my RV. I have never really understood why a commercial vehicle is required to carry them, the size alone of the truck makes them much more visible than a car or pickup. Yet I know of no state that requires private passenger vehicle to carry warning triangles.

Oh, this is a good place to pass along a tip: Sometimes I transport a 24 foot or 26 extension ladder in the back of my truck. The law says you have to fasten a signal (perhaps a red flag) to the end of any cargo that projects from your vehicle. My solution is to put an UPSIDE DOWN traffic cone between the rungs at the end of the ladder hanging outside the truck, it is VERY visible and also quite easy to install and remove.
