swimming pool installation

Hi everyone

I just bought a second hand fiberglass swimming pool 24'x11'x3'-7' deepest, and intend to install it myself, it'll give me a chance to use the L35 in a bit of heavy digging and also save some cash. I was wondering if anyone had done this or knew of any tricks etc. regarding levelling or whatever, I can't seem to find any web sites that offer help.

If you know the manufacturer and can find contact information on them they should be able to provide a installation videofor $20 or less. It is important to get it right as you will get no support down the road from them if you ever have a problem if it is not installed correctly.

My neighbor put a fiberglass pool in last year. Watched contractor in install it. The one they installed was about twice the size of your pool. The biggest part of job seemed to be getting backfill all the way around the pool. They filled pool in steps and kept pushing dirt all the way around outside of pool with shovels rakes and a hose with water running to fill it in at bottom and sides.
