Talk me out of A BX23s

Love my BX23s, just did the 50 hr. service and have only had it two months. It has already paid for it's self as far as I'm concerned by replacing our septic drain field.
Have you ever priced a new drain field?. I'm money in the bank with this job alone.
I live on five acres so there is plenty of work to keep this little guy busy.
