Tatu disk

I got my dad's old Tatu disk hooked up and seems to be ok except for broken outside rear disk blade is busted. I think I could weld it if I could get it off. Looks like something there comes apart but I can't find info on how. Any help would be appreiated. Thanks! Aaron

Buy a new disk blade, it will be a waste of time to weld it.
