TBN Performance Issues

Same here. Open thread, may or may not jump to bottom. When I go back to new thread, it usually jumps to bottom of page and have to scroll up. I am using windows 10 and edge.

Same here- and a new twist sometimes opening the next page of a thread causes the screen to flicker rapidly have to page back and then page forward windows 10, chrome, no ad blocker

It's likely a user end/ browser issue...not a fault of the web site...!

Yes, load Adblock Plus, and all of your browser issues will go away.

I don't think so.....read the thread....many people are having the same problem. For me.....I belong to several forums.......TBN is the only one having the problem. Many have suggested adding an ad blocker.......this should not be required to view the site.

That's how TBN makes money......I doubt this is their recommended solution.......I am sure their sponsors would not be happy with your solution.

That's how I felt as well, but after realizing that nothing was likely to come from repeated requests, I decided to go ahead and install the Adblocker. Really speeds things up on some sights.

It is like a time machine.. Going back in time before ad's were so darn pervasive.

It's most likely the way the few that are having the issue browsers are configured for THIRD PARTY scripts...i.e., not actually part of the TBN site...

Videos that have ads at the first do not play. I have already uninstalled it. This is the only site where I have an issue. It is not a browser or operating system issue. I imagine it is a script issue to load the ads at the bottom of the screen but that's for someone else to debug.
