TBN's Warriors....so how do you dress for battle

OK, I'll post a picture my wife took while I was off the tractor, trying to set up a level base (stone age way) for some grading work I was doing. LOL ... I just bought a rotary laser level that made things a million times easier.
Anyway, it's usually boots and an old pair of jeans. A long sleeve shirt(s), gloves and a hat. I keep an M-1 carbine in a scabbard on the tractor for the unfriendlies and a 2 way radio on my belt. Surprisingly, I don't have my reading glasses on which I usually wear with a lanyard hanging on my neck. That's it except a jacket in the Winter and maybe a raincoat when it's wet. Oh, and a coffee thermos, cup, and a pack of Pall Malls with an old Zippo lighter in my shirt pocket.

This is for winter work, Dickies insulated coveralls, steel toed boots (all the time), with jeans and t-shirt underneath. My gloves are laying on the floor of the bridge. That hat has since been eaten/runthrough bush hog.

Well in the winter I'll have Lee jeans, a tank top and a thermal flannel. Then I have my Zero Zone coverall with a matching lamb lined cap. I also like lamb lined helmet liners too the long ones, My wife hates them she calls them my snoopy hats. In the summer I'm as naked as I can get away with. Usually a pair of Daisy Dukes and Sneaks and lots of sun block. I do usually put my hair up so it doesn't get caught up in anything. I had my braid once hit the alternator pulley in my sand rail gave me the chills. Oh and I always have a towel over the tractor seat too so my skin stays on my legs

I do not think any of us will ever make it on a calendar. Or maybe we could start a TractorBoy of the Month calendar . My avatar reveals my Fall attire selection. I wear a snowmobile suit in Winter, sailing gear in rain, and a lot of long sleeve stuff in the sun now a days due to many years of sun exposure. I once got caught buck *** naked (except my work boots ) when I was mowing my lower field by some women I worked with during one of their weekend drives (Thank goodness for my oil rag- became a nice loincloth .). Not a pretty sight, but not a lot to hide . Camo is good for hiding stains. Jay

I'm a picture **** anyway so it is easy for me Plus I'm adorable I don't care what anyone says. I don't think I'll cut my lawn in the nude but thats my outfit around the pool
