Are you gonna drink it, or save it for antiquity?
Do you have a stick in your pond to see if you got 5" + ?" runoff total?

Has been raining fairly steady since 6 AM. Radar shows a little more on the way. Enough to cause a little runoff. We got about a 1/10" when you guys in Wise County got 5".
With our rain and cooler temperatures (49 F last night), I was hoping the nightly visits of the armadillo to my lawn would go away. I kinda felt sorry for the critter before because the ground was too hard to dig everywhere else. Now, he has a target painted on his back because he hasn't slowed down his digging at all. My wife dusted the yard with cayenne pepper where he has been digging, and last night he just went to another spot and started digging softball sized holes there. Grrrr! It's time to start walking around doing varmint patrol from my raised deck with my trusty 22 rifle before going to bed. My tolerance gage is reading EMPTY!

Bird, How'd the surgery go?
He says everything looks good and wants to see me Monday, the 24th.
