Jim that looks like the same siding I had put on our house in Houston in the 70's. Last time we drove by it was still looking good. The brown had turned to a more of a green kind of color but it still looked good and I'm sure the owners are glad they never had to repaint that second story. Our electric bill did go down a bit with the added insulation.

Your trim work looks excellent.
