how and why do i need to lighten up. the quote of mine that you quoted i thought was just the way it should be he was saying things that i said but never said. so maybe you should lighten up. sorry if that sounds rude but hey if someone is saying something about me that is wrong i'm going to set the record straight whether you or anyone else likes it. now on to thread titles thought the first 2 were decent. but i knew when i started this one it would generate responses thats why i started it. as for waiting for a response how long am i supposed to wait first was more than 24 hours ago. second is comming up on 24 hours. this is not my first forum so i know it doesn't usually take this long to get feedback. but in all fairness i have gotten many pms from Larryrb who has been very helpful. if i have offended anyone i appoligize

That is a good start, and I would recommend it.

You posted at 10:30pm on Sunday night, and are unhappy with your results obtained within 21 hours? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif It takes time to sit and write out responses to open ended questions like yours, and it was dark for half of that 21 hours.

As one of the original viewers of your first posts, I read that you wrote off my brand (NH): <font color="blue">"(I) dont think i will get a New Holland even though there the closest. they just dont seem up to being in the woods."</font>

I just didn't feel like taking the time responding to your open ended questions when my only area of actual experience has already been blown off.

)</font>maybe you should have. the reason i wrote it of was becuase by looking at them they dont seem up to the task i have in mind. but if you feel i was/am wrong you should have said something. becuase to be perfectlly honest NH was one i was truelly planning on getting till i took a look see. then i decided against.if i'm wrong set me straight.

Ok.. one more and I'll shut up. I'm the one that said to lighten up and I still stand by that. You are more than welcome on TBN and just because you didn't get an immediate response I don't think you need to say things like "thanks for nothing" or complain about not getting quick enough service. Nobody on here "deserves" anything special?? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif You came to this site to get info... nobody promised you'd get it?? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif Give people time to respond and I think you will see that your question will be answered.

I am not trying to be an *ss... I'm just saying that this is a wonderful site and I don't think anyone is justified in talking down TBN because they were not happy with the amount or speed of info they got.

All that said... welcome to TBN! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif And if you can't get the info you need... send ME a pm. I will respond even if I can't answer your question.

<font color="blue"> I thought this was a nice place but my mind is changing. i have posted 2 topics and have had only 1 reply </font>

The way I look at it is that expectations lead to disappointments.

Perhaps if we post a question and get no replies, or few replies, it is because those who viewed the initial question just did not have anything to contribute. Or maybe they did not understand exactly what was being asked. Or maybe this…or maybe that…

Sometimes it might help to ask second time, perhaps limiting the range of the question somewhat if necessary. Or asking in a different way.

Everyone here when they reply are volunteering their time and effort when they do so. Should we expect a reply when we ask a question? I don’t think so. Should we be grateful when we get a reply. I certainly think so.

Expect less and you may enjoy more, here and elsewhere.

PSF350, a belated welcome!!!! I look, I did not respond. I usually respond to the Kubota 5030 questions because I have had mine for a little over a year. Your question was specific to the 5030-cab and you already had priced them and wanted to know if it was a good price. Over the last 2-3 weeks there have been about 2-3 other threads asking the exact question and it has been answered already and can be found via the search engine. I guess I was a little lazy not answering your question but sometime just a little catching up for new members is expected. I know, I lurked for about 3 months and searched every topic on the tractors I was interested in.

Also The tractor you are buying has many options you must choose before you can get an accurate price and all members do not know the price of the options they did not get. You did not list the options. I'll ask about them in your Kubota post.

Oh, by the way I have a post in the attachments thread that is also unanswered. It took me a week and several calls to find the answer, it was 1 1/2". I blame no one but myself because the topic was very narrow and not very interesting. This is still the best site and group of guys around. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
