I don't generally buy anything flavored, whether it's creamed cheese, yogurt, oatmeal, or whatever. Rather, I buy in bulk then add what I want... giving myself a little variety. I even make my own mixed nuts; peanuts, walnuts, plus other different ingredients each time. It gives me some variety and I control what goes into it... little or no salt, no palm oil and none of that high fructose corn crap.
