I have a Kioti DK55, put grapple bucket on the fel,got the hoses from my dealer (the QC fittings were wrong),went to Internet for the correct fittings. My question is about running the hoses from the rear/remote dissconnects,to the front, went under the tractor, looks like he'll,was wondering if anyone has any advice or pictures of how it should be done?

I don't have any pictures ... what I did was find a nice place under the tractor to put the hoses and then came out on the side by the valve and looped them with the FEL hoses to the front. I secured everything with ties and it actually looks good.

I am changing the QD's on the rear to include a 90* elbow ... hind site, I wish I would have had 2 more QD's right at the loader valve ... will be a problem if I decide to remove the FEL ... HOWEVER ...kennyd has introduced me to the reuseable hose fittings, so I think thats something I can do right here.

Judge John, T&G are 2 guys that worked at BMB before they closed up. They make lines while you wait and are near the Danbury DMV. Sam Dallas makes lines too. They were a little pricey but nice people. I ened up getting all my lines from TSC. They actually looked good and some were 4000 PSI and 4800PSI. If you need 1/2 lines they have in alot of lengths. The Patterson store has alot more the New Milford. Now that i've almost done i'm gunna try to order some replacement hoses from Discount hose. The only kicker is that alot of my hoses are only 18" so if they charge $10 per line for crimping then it may make it cheaper to get them local.

We have a pretty decent O'Reilly's near here I go to to get an occasional hose. Good quality hose's and fittings, and done in less than 10 minutes.

If it is a high quantity, like when I replaced about 80% of the hoses on my backhoe, I went to Hydro-Supply in Zanesville, Ohio. Talk about a hydraulic shop..!! WOW..!! Any fitting imaginable... Of course, they are in the region of several types of mining operations, and everyone goes there for replacements...

I'm thinking of plumbing some permenant lines in place under the tractor with pipe fittings and maybe even bend some tubing, then have QC on the front and end so some tubes stay and are somewhat out of the way.
