Well, my conclusion is based on the size and computed weight of the rocks I was able to lift vs. the rocks I had to push or pull down to the rockpile, adjusted as necessary to account for the added weight of the CAT bucket or Piranha grapple that I was using at the time and further adjusted to reflect weight centered at the pivot pins. My sense is that I could be as much as 20% below the published spec.
