Junkman, I've had several companies, not tractor related, do something similar; one today, in fact. We have one of the Honeywell air purifiers in the house that we bought last July. It got noisy, had a rattle that I couldn't isolate and figure out how to fix, and then I noticed instead of a smooth flow of air, it was pulsing, so I figured the fan motor was going. In accordance with their instructions, I boxed it up and sent it along with a check for $10 to Memphis, TN. I called once to see if I could get a tracking number when they sent the replacement and was told they didn't have one yet, but would send one. They never did, but this evening at 7 p.m., the UPS man arrived in the rain to deliver the new one.
