The WICKED Root & Debris GRAPPLE!!!!!!!

Nothing better than dreaming...I mean we'd still be stuck with 1" openings if we didn't, right?

Well, I move more rocks and logs, than I do brush, but I have moved brush piles so big I had trouble seeing how to drive. But on the other hand I can see how a wider opening grapple would shove in more brush easier.

Trouble seeing??? Do you mean to say you don't have a video camera mounted on a periscope above the tractor that feeds your Google glasses? Or an autonomous drone flying in front and transmitting a video feed via wifi? You poor bustard.

I find that even moderate size grapple loads interfere significantly with forward vision. I stop occasionally, raise the loader so I can see underneath then lower and proceed. Luckily I mostly traverse well travelled fields so being partially blind isn't a big problem. Would definitely love a periscope though.

I think the overall general consensus is that a wider opening will hold more brush. Science and good common sense will confirm this.

That argument aside, there are sizes and designs that are better suited for really small tractors(SCUT), some that are better for kinda small tractors(CUT), larger small tractors(MCUT...mega compacts), utility tractors and skid steers.

The argument is resulting in a wider variety of the best grapples on the market.

yeah that thing he has, looks a lot like a Sky Trac, and a Bobcat got into a fight and then had makup sex, and the result was Xfaxman's little telehandler.

It does look pretty useful though!

I'm impressed that EA has been open to the criticism that started just a few days ago, and has already designed, ordered parts, and has pricing on an additional grapple series.

My overarching experience with EA has been nothing but positive, including listening to suggestions. Just by watching EA's past videos and we can see that EA, under Ted's direction, has not only focused on expanding their in-house EA brand, but also been willing to make improvements to their products as ideas for improvements arise in varied and sundry forms. Moreover, Travis and the rest of the front end on the sales team has been doing an excellent job of managing customer expectations and outcomes.

Production wise, from the video tour Ted made of his manufacturing, we can see that with experienced welders, how EA is increasingly mastering lineless, short-run production.

While were at it, I think i'll see if Ted can lighten this up a little and put a tractor hitch on it. Fewer trips is the goal, right?

This might even be too big for my V417!
