Theft / safety lock

I just got my Kubota, so not familiar with its "normal" . . . I let the glow plugs light go out, but "usually" is only a couple of seconds though ... However on my little Massey, even at 70°+ it needs a good 15+ second glow first start of the day, and then it cranks a bit, and stumbles to a start with a white then black cloud ... Done it since new ... At 10° it takes a few tries with 60+ seconds of glow ...

My older Yanmar would only run glow plugs if temperature was under maybe 40F. But the new one doesn’t runthem until temps are down closer to maybe 20F.

In either case, just turning the key starts the machine, glow plugs or not, and it never has any serious trouble firing, when I forget to wait and do that, usually first cold morning each fall. It may not sound real happy, but it starts!

I have a battery cut off switch. it's not easy to see unless you open the hood and if your looking for it you can see where the battery cables go to the switch.
