That looks like an SAE O-ring fitting on the tractor side. Before involving the dealer, try tightening the fittings. put a wrench on the body of the 90* elbow and snug down on the larger nut (this is the O-ring side, and typically will still seal if it's just a little loose) you only have to tighten it snug, and so the fitting doesn't turn. Next with a wrench still on the elbow, tighten the quick connect where it goes into the elbow. Test again.
The above should most likely fix it, but if it still leaks, with tractor shut down and hydraulic pressure released (move any control levers involved with leaky fitting), take fitting apart. Check to make sure O-ring is not nicked. Put pipe thread dope sparingly on any NPT threads (not on SAE O-ring though, or on jic "flare type" fittings though).
