this add banner causes problems, has orientsl characters in it

I'm attaching a screen shot. Notice near the bottom is a row of oriental characters. I see it often. Anytime I see it vs a regular banner add, the site will pause for about 10 seconds. Matters not if on phone or tablet, and on DSL, or super fast business class WiFi, or broadband.

Something about it causes a hang.. Anyone else see this??

Hmm.. Board no longer lets me upload pics via manage attachments.

That's a new one. I will check and see if I can track it down. Difficult without a name. If anybody else sees it and can tell me where it points I can block it.

Its an odd one for sure. Causes a distinct pause when its up in the rotation.
