After work:
Sent in federal taxes
Met with brick guy
Installed sheathing in front of the 3 dormers.

Sent in state taxes

Shingles delivered onto roof.

After work start shingles on back roof

Working on the skylight, I left a hammer laying up in the attic, that I could reach thru the skylight opening. Figured no one would see it. Well, it was missing after the shingles were delivered. Pissed me off because it was my grandfathers hammer.

Yep, obviously the shingle delivery guys.

Hammer and the lumber was all that got stolen. But my neighbor, a plumber had tools stolen off his truck while parked in his driveway. This isn’t a high theft area, but houses under construction draws them.

I agree it was the delivery guys. Don't mean to armchair quarterback but that would have ended my buying anything from that company.... Sorry again for the loss of your Grandfather's hammer. That was priceless.

Just got caught up. I think the felt on the roof looks amazing.

I have a temporary panel on a post about 65 yd from my house. We used it with the camper. As soon as I get this place under roof I think I will burry the cable needed and get a panel into the house. After seeing what Eddie wrote about the noise, I have to agree. I have a Honda eu3000 and its pretty quiet but sometimes I turn it off so I can hear the mountain.

Well, you’ve had your hands full. Hated to see you had to redo those rafters

One thing I remember when building is the geese flying over, and you could hear the whoosh of the wings flapping among all the honking. Then every night at 6pm a church a mile down the road played bell music. Then after dark these was the Hale bopp comet that year. I enjoy building.
