The outside is really starting to look bad. It’s under a porch, out of the weather, but the finish needs redone. I don’t want to strip it all down. Not sure about my options.

Exterior wood doors need rework after so many years, just a given. The house I am in now, the front door is under about 6 feet of eve/overhang and benefits from afternoon shade trees. So it looks fairly good. Not all houses have that. Yours sure looks Great in the picture.

Hutch helped
Moved workbench and wood stove to house. First items. Will officially move in in 2 months.
Connect water heater (replaced twice) and pressure tank.
Cookout in evening.

The water heater I bought real cheap used. The person told me they had bought it new and hadn’t used it. I obviously was used before, but for the price I got my money’s worth.

I later replaced with a marathon water heater. I still have it, still works but replaced it with a heat pump water heater. The heat pump has stopped working for the 2nd time, once fixed on warranty. Still using it on electric mode, and have the backup.
I have yet to hook up my geothermal to heat my water, that would save me a lot this time of year.
Pressure tank replaced once already.

Connected wire to water pump.
Start Connect wires in panel.
Got siding price from a friend, I don’t have time to do it.
Found out my Dad has cancer (but still alive today at age 96.
