Took my leaking right front BX2660 tire to Barlows wednesday and picked it up today. Thanks for a good dealer to serve and fix stuff under warranty. It now has a tube and should never require the portable air tank to resusitate it again. It better not or Gary's in trouble, he said he did it. I now have this big tube air stem sticking out of the rim but I believe it will now stay up. Good bye all of my fellow members of the One Flat Front Tire Group. I shant ever join your group again, well I better check my BX25 before I return all of the membership stuff.:) Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.
WELL, I'M BACK!!!! BX25 now has one front tire leaking air:( but it's an R4 and has just started leaking after over a year. Think it may have something in the tire. May check it one day or try Slime.

Way back when I had this problem, I filled the FEL with water to check the front tire/wheel (removed obviously) for the source of the leak. Never did find a bubble, but sealed all the tire/rim with bead sealant. Has never been a problem since. Cheers......

Hmmm... glad I caught this. My BX1860 which I purchased last spring has a very slow leak in the FL tire (turfs). It didn't seem to start happening until after this past winter, which I find odd. But now every month or so I add 5-10lbs in the one tire only. Slow enough where I'm not gonna waste my time sliming... yet... :)

i have purchased a 2011 BX2360 and FL valvestem will 'hang up' ever so slightly after checking psi with guage...it's not loud enough to notice it unless you are right down by it. i have to touch it one extra time to let it seat properly...

Quality metal Valve Stem Caps go along way to counter the effect of a faulty valve core...

Once when camping... drove about 70 miles with just a borrowed metal stem cap to hold in the air I was able to get in using a bicycle pump...

My BX tire experience found the tires a little too vulnerable to damage and prone to leaking... even when new.

I look at the tires on my Grandfathers 1950's tractor and they hold air just fine and have at least 40 years in service...

Thankfully, Slime for the Fronts and Foam for the Rears keeps my projects on schedule.

One day a week or so ago I made the bold statement that I've never had a flat tire on my 7 year old BX23.

Lase week while making a left turn I noticed my left front tire was nearly flat.
While I was looking at it i decided to check the right front one.
You guessed it it was almost flat too.
Fast forward to this morning I notice the left rear tire had to much of a bulge in it.
Took the tire off and had a new valve stem installed as old stem had rotted off.
Still had 1 tire left but that was taken care of this evening when I saw that the right rear tire was low so I had to air it up .
Now we will see how it gos for the next few days.

Too funny. I had almost forgotten about my BX2660 front tire issues. I no longer check the air before each use, now that both of them have tubes. Can't even remember how long it has been since they needed air. I realize it'll be more trouble if I ever get a flat, but so far so good.

I see I am not the only one having trouble keeping air in their tires.I have an 09 BX 25 with two sets of tires and rims,R4 and turf. The only ones to not need tubes are the two rear turfs. The good thing is that they were installed under warranty.I have to wonder why Kubota can't address this obvious problem.

Maybe I'm gonna jinx myself, but my 08' BX2660 has 600+ hrs on the clock with the original turf tires and I have no leaks.:)
