My solution is a bit different...at 80!Ah, ha - so you guys have noticed that. Well, wait until you are as old as I am - 79. I have a JD X570 mower. That's all it does - mow. You should try changing Class 2 implements on a 3-point. I have a rear blade, LPGS, ROBB, single bottom moldboard plow, BX62S chipper - ALL are too heavy to man handle for hook up. Thank God for extendable 3-point arm ends. AND a whole lot of patience.

I have actually been able to keep that issue in check. All things get heavier as you grow older —- including yourself!

I've been right at 180 for the last 8 years. Do my weight every morning because of congestive heart failure. Recently, I'd dropped to about 176-178 for and now down near 172 (one day).I have actually been able to keep that issue in check.
At 80, I weigh only about 3 lbs more than I did 30 years ago.
From 184 to 187.
Of course,....I am only 3 feet tall.![]()
"Picked up" 5 bundles of asphalt shingles at one time?I just went down and picked up 5 bundles of shingles to redo a shed roof, they seemed a lot heavier than I remembered them being. Think I'll take them up to the roof a few at a time.
ha ha. I could barely get one at a time on the trolly and after 5 I needed to sit in the isle for 5 minutes to catch my breath."Picked up" 5 bundles of asphalt shingles at one time?
About 400 lbs?
You must be Charles Atlas!
So true!Yep, things get heavier as U age and have you also noticed that the floor is further away than it used to be?
I'm 82, haven't grown taller but my arms seem shorter, or the floor moved downwards.
LOL, my 'bender' works OK but only in one direction. Not only do things get heavier, the ground gets further away. When I need to pick something off the ground, I find that my bender doesn't work like it should.
